Pro Check Building Consultants was established in 2008 by Bruce Richardson having been active within the building industry for over 27 years as a qualified builder and continues to provide a range of services including, pre-purchase inspections, pre-sale inspections, building defect reports, condition reports, weathertightness investigations, expert opinion reports, peer reviews. Other works included compiling repair schemes and the project management of both new projects and remedial work schemes. During this period Bruce has obtained extensive experience as an Expert Witness in respect of weathertightness claims and construction related disputes.
As building surveyors, Pro Check have a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing advice and solutions on matters affecting existing and new buildings, covering all aspects such as defects analysis, building surveys, specifications, building code issues, expert witness, project management and maintenance planning.
